
Recruitment Process - BDM

Sabilink is a technology accelerator hub in Abuja, Nigeria, and British Columbia, Canada. Our mission is to attract world-class talent, group them together to solve problems and build startup ideas.
To achieve this, we need to ensure that everyone who joins our team, regardless of background has basic problem-solving skills and domain-specific knowledge based on their role.
Our recruitment process is in four phases:
Phase I: Problem-Solving
We host a 2-day online workshop, 1 hour each day, to introduce applicants to problem-solving skills.
Applicants will solve class exercises and assignments. Curious applicants are welcome to come to our accelerator hub to simulate their solution.
Phase 2: Job Specific Rolemap
Business Development Manager—As a business development manager, you will research our work (feel free to ask questions), conduct market research and develop a 30-day, 60-day and 90-day plan.
We evaluate the plan you have presented based on:
- Viability of the roadmap to meet sales targets
- Command of English Language
- Creativity
Phase 3: Presentation
Send us a presentation of what you have done in Part 2 above (Max 5 mins video). We review the video presentation and decide whether to read the detailed plan or move to the next applicant.
Phase 4: Final Interview
Defend your work and have salary discussions. If successful, we will send you a job offer.
