Operating System - Linux and Unix
Just like every area of specialization in every field, this is a broad topic and people spend their entire career and time in the university learning about it. You need to understand that one can only scratch the surface within a period of time and it’s up to you as a learner to continue to learn about the areas you are interested in. We have structured our foundation class to allow participants understand the basics of how Operating System works.Participants will be introduced to Virtualization and Linux.

Programming Languages - Java, Python and Javascript
This course will focus more on programming methodology and paradigm rather than teaching a particular language. During this class, participants will scratch the surface of Java, Python, Javascript and write a bit of bash script. The idea here is to build language agnostic Engineers who see programming language as a tool rather than having a rigid mindset around programming language. This class will build a solid foundation for participant to learn more if they decide to go into the software development path.

Cloud Computing - Amazon Web Service (AWS)
This course will expose participants to cloud computing on AWS, the knowledge of Linux and programming will immediately be put to use here. Participants will be able to relate to AWS since they already understood Linux and virtualization.
